These terms govern your use of the Brdge website at brdge.ai and its sub-brand pages (Enterprise, Launchpad, SearchX and the UK Innovator Founder Gateway). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Brdge

Brdge is a trading name of Iden Ventures Ltd, an applied AI consultancy and venture builder registered in England and Wales, based in London. Nothing on this site is intended to imply that Iden Ventures Ltd is authorised or regulated as a financial services firm.

Use of the site

The site is provided for general information about Brdge, our services, our portfolio and our programmes. You may view, download and share the content for lawful, personal or internal business purposes, but you may not:

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, illustrations, designs, animations, source code and other materials on this site are owned by Iden Ventures Ltd or our licensors, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Client and partner logos, case study assets, testimonials and third-party product marks are shown with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the site grants you any licence to use those marks.

Enquiries, applications and submissions

Submitting an enquiry, application or any other message through the site does not create a contract, engagement, investment offer, adviser-client relationship or fiduciary duty between you and Brdge. Any actual engagement — whether a consulting project, a Launchpad venture, a Gateway support arrangement or otherwise — will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If you send us information about a venture idea, product, market or business, please do not include anything you consider confidential in your first message.

No advice, no warranty

Content on this site — including case studies, methodology descriptions, frameworks, statistics, blog posts and video — is for information only. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial or investment advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation of any investment or service. Case study outcomes describe past engagements and are not a promise of future results. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Ventures, portfolio and case studies

Brdge co-creates and, in some cases, co-invests in ventures. References to portfolio companies, Launchpad ventures or Gateway founders on the site are descriptive; they do not constitute an offer to invest, a securities recommendation or a promise of return, and any onward reference to SEIS or EIS structuring is a description of past work rather than tax advice for your circumstances.

External links

The site may link to third-party sites, videos and tools we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Privacy

Our use of personal data submitted through the site is set out in our Privacy Policy.
